Services

As a service provider, our styling and design services are custom-created for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Consultation Sessions

For consultation sessions:

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
  • If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns

Deposits and Payments

Our deposit and payment terms are as follows:

  • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event
  • For cancellations more than 30 days before your event, your deposit can be transferred to another date within 6 months
  • For cancellations between 14-30 days before your event, 50% of the total fee is payable
  • For cancellations less than 14 days before your event, 100% of the total fee is payable

Cancellation Due to Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond your control (such as serious illness or bereavement), please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and work to find a fair resolution.

Service Quality

We pride ourselves on the quality of our sustainable styling services. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Please inform us immediately on the day of the event so we can address and rectify the issue
  • For any concerns after the event, please contact us in writing within 7 days
  • We will review all concerns and work to find a fair resolution

Weather Considerations

For outdoor events, we cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events, and we will work with you to adapt our styling as needed.

Hired Items

For items hired as part of our styling services:

  • All items remain the property of Srozoz or our suppliers
  • The client is responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear
  • Charges may apply for damaged or unreturned items

Force Majeure

In the event that we are unable to fulfill our services due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, public emergencies, or government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a suitable alternative solution.
